The above contract expired in April 2012, sent mails (got proof) asking for it to be terminated and today I am asked by Munnik Basson Dagama Inc to pay MTN amount of R1898.80. For what??? Your consultant once told me that our area is poor on signal after I enquired as I was struggling to log on. I patiently waited for the contact to expire since I got ripped off by being sold a product that is not working in my area yet I was expected to pay. I painfully paid MTN for 24 months direct from my account as per the 24 months contract. Why should I pay for another months I never even used your non-signal modem. Pathetic MTN. Why wait for a year and pull your stuns? I owe you nothing full stop. You were offering me 500megabytes data bundles monthly and intentionally taking that back if I was not using it and resell it to another customer to your benefit. How many bundles did I forfeit in my 24 months stay with you??? When last did I use this stupid and useless modem?? I am threatened by your attorneys to pay interest and legal costs yet you appointed them. I will not pay an attorney I never appoint. I owe u nothing that's it. I am willing to go to Consumer Council on this one.
