Billed for BBM since contract termination

Hi,

I have terminated my contract with Autopage - 28/11/2012. I still own 3G card (Cell C) with them. I have logged numerous calls and still gets charged a BBM rate for something I do not use - I do not even own a BB anymore:
1. Pravesh harilall ref a1a1064125 - logged 2/12/2012
2. Chantell Carr - checked BIS again - same ref - 10/01/2013
3. Thebogo - same ref - 2/04/2013
4. Carmen - Autopage ref for disconnect of line 245092 and ref for payment A1304091938 - 10/04/2013 - at least someone with sense.

But then the account arrived and I still get charged for a BBM rate that I do not use - this gets charged to a 3G number!! It has been going on since December now - we are in May?

My question - is it legal to deduct money from an account for service not used after the contract has been terminated - who gets the money? I see this as a customers money? How many calls do I still need to make and how many reference numbers do I still need to get to get this fixed?
