Bad Attitude-Poor Customer Service&False Promises

The above headline clearly captures how I feel at this point in time with Cell- C..having been a long time customer since the beginning..My contract is due for upgrade since last year sometime and I am out of my contract period with Cell C - I was actually considering chaging my number to prepaid or porting however since this whole gimmick of the iphone 5 deal had been mentioned, I have been battling to upgrade my contract and get the iphone 5..I phoned the 084145 number every single week and have visited a number of cell c outlets even in durban and johannesburg... I keep getting the same response..no stock-out of stock and not sure when getting stock..makes me wonder if cell c is doing anything at all to keep me as customer..are we consumers just a mere number to them..maybe they can afford to let me go..but the attitude and unwillingness to help has put a damper on cell c as a whole.. I wil give them a week if still no iphone then i will have to give them notice and capaign to all my family and friends not to support cell c in the future..
