MTN has been overcharging me for BIS since May 2012, I have been to MTN outlets on 3 occasions and this has still not been resolved.
I am appalled at the attitude of the staff working for MTN, they clearly do not give a. I have been promised numerous times that the issue has been resolved and yet it has not been. Clearly MTN are hiring incomptent staff, as all staff I have dealt with cannot get a simple issue resolved.
I have lost my patience with all the broken promises from MTN Staff. This has been on going since September last year.
MTN are very quick to deduct money from you, however when they need to pay you for a mistake they have made, they will glady take their time and/or make more errors.
