Why do i have to carry the burden?

After two years of back and forth struggling with poor broadband reception, not even mentioning NO RECEPTION the last three days, i have come to the conclusion that Cell C will always stay a "backward" company who's mission it will remain to rather be cheap than proper. Even the so-called "technical support" is only a name and is infested with incompetence.
All i always see/hear is of poor/pathetic service at the local stores as well as poor/pathetic broadband signals. Fortunately i know a few people who share a similar fate and, seeing that Cell C chooses to be ignorant, we have decided to give the "Company" one last chance before moving on to Vodacom.
