Air time shortage

The end of last month, april, i carried over R43.20 of air time. on the first of every month i receive R100.00 in airtime according to my contract.
when i checked on my phone the 1st of this month it only showed R99.00. i phoned customer service on 02/05 i was told that they are changing their system and there were experiencing some errors and that the corrct air time would soon show on my phone.
i checked again and it was not corrected. i phone them again on 09/05/13 and was told they are changing their system and i would be receiving the correct amount of airtime soon. to this day the amount has not been corrected and i have only used my phone 3 or 4 times with a total usage of 9:31 minutes. my phone says i have R96.74 airtime left
