Sad Response - One Less Customer For MTN

Outgoing Line has been suspended from 6th May 2013. Numerous complaints and queries to MTN regarding this first response was someone from the billings department REQ:21133115 would contact me BUT they cannot as MTN has now suspended my INCOMING LINE as well then another complaint response with (Please be advised that the credit of R310.50 exc vat, R43.47 vat, R353.97 inc vat has been passed for discounts not received and will reflect in your statement of May.)Regards, Nomonde. REQ:2143072... So now i cannot make or received any calls or sms's on my phone. MTN you have been unsuccessful with keeping a good relationship with your customers. I don't under stand the above mentioned regarding the credit of R353.97 been passed for discounts not received (whats discounts exactly?) can someone undo this block they have on my phone and contact me at least.
