SO AFTER MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT. ONE CLUELESS PERSON CALLED ME AND SAID THAT HE WILL REFER THE MATTER TO THE CORPORATE DIVISION AND THAT SOMEONE WILL CALL ME TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE INCLUDING THE R100 THAT VODACOM DECIDED TO DEBIT ME EXTRA FOR. TODAY IT'S 17 DAYS INTO THE NEW YEAR AND STILL NO CALL!!! SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING!!! WHAT A USELESS COMPANY
