BIS gone BAD

I am annoyed with the BIS service from Cell C. In December last year I started using Cell C prepaid with my Blackberry. From that time my BIS service at best would be rated as pathetic. I have called Cell C a few times but without any joy. If I try my old MTN card in the phone the BIS is awesome and works like a charm, so that rules out any problems that can be blamed on the handset itself. Why can't Cell C get this right?

Another problem I am experiencing is that when I recharge and try to use the free SupaCharge data. As soon as I connect my phone to the Blackberry Desktop manager and CONNECT, the reception drops from 3G to edge and I cannot even browse the internet. Is this a special way of Cell C not allowing customers to use what is supposedly 'Free' data? Unfortunately, that's the way is seems. If Cell C is trying to become the biggest and best operator in SA, cheap deals are not the only way to lure customers. You got to have the quality products and service to match. Don't offer stuff that cannot be used!
