Bad attitude

Today I went to your branch at Sanlam Centre (Parow Centre) the one on the ground floor. I wanted to do a sim swap for my contract sim and a lady assisted me. So she tells me that I need an affidavit and as I was still trying to understand why because there I was in the store with my ID number, I pay the account every month I can authenticate - this man disrupts our converstions and he's like "Yaah you need to bring the affivavit and that's final" ..with attitude and arrogance like he owns the store! so I leave the store and I come back for a statement print out and this man assists me now. Asks for a cellnumber which I tell him I don't have it as that's my secondary number and I ask if its not possible to look it up with an ID he says no and I walk away. As I walk away he shouts out that I have bad attitude and that I should adjust it. I personal think he's in the wrong profession - we don't need Dr Phil's at MTN..Thank you and with that I am deeply outraged and I demand a formal apology. Thank you
