And poor service

I went to the Autopage Kiosk in Southgate at Kodak on Tuesday for a simswop. The guy told me 24 hours. My sim card is still not working. We called the Autopage call centre on numerous occations and they have logged numerous calls. The call centre agent told us that the guy at the kiosk knew that the card wasn't working, logged a call without telling us and told us that it will work within 24 hours I am still waiting. Very unhappy customer been with Autopage for alomost 10 years Very disappointed
