I have been with Mweb for more than five years.
I have asked and paid for my line to be upgraded and telkom comes and checks the lines several time, only to waste time and find no fault. Atleast twice a week my line goes down, only to stay on a 384kb/s qaulity.
I am still on a 384kb/s, while all my friends around me have been upgraded long ago to one meg lines. This upgrade happened August-December if im not mistaken. It is 5 months later...
Please help me out Mweb. I have been with you for more than 5years now!!! Where is my service? Have you not even picked up the calls logged on my account with telkom yet?
