ACCOUNT CLOSED MORE THAN TWO YEARS AGO

I have not had a virgin mobile account now for more than two years, yet it is still showing as an active account on my credit record. why can virgin mobile not do anything correctly? the service during my time with them was terrible, and more than two years later it seems i am still not done with them. please can you take me off your records COMPLETELY. thank you
