Refusal to share verbal agreement of contract

I was contacted by a salesperson who offered me a 3G dongle dongle with unlimited data on standard sites and 1G limited data on secure sites (need to be 18 or older). After receipt of dongle and contract I noticed there was no detail of the contract package itself, only a generic contract. I tried to find out more detail without luck. I was then phoned to confirm billing details and then asked details on the data package. I was then told that I would only get 1G total per month and then be billed at R0.29 per M after that. I said that was not my agreement and asked for the recordings of all conversations with MTN SP. MTN SP refuse to give me copies thereof and do though acknowledge that the salesperson offered me unlimited data, but they (MTN SP) said they cannot honour the contract and would cancel it. Therefore because the contract has been cancelled they therefore do not have to provide me with the recordings. As far as I am concerned I am legally entitled to copies as they form part of the initial contract and MTN SP may not withhold such recordings. I want copies of all recordings the original unlimited contract offered to me. Where to from here.? MTN SP are part of MTN.
