I have received a report of listing on my name for R19000-00.
This listing is not legal as you have been calling me in the last 6 months to advise me that I owed R43000 also incorrect
The original bill was sent in 2004 and queried with no luck as your staff are incompetent. I cancelled the contract and you have listed me now only on itc.
This action of listing was done illegally as you indicated the last transaction was in 2009. This is false information and is illegal to in this regard to justify listing. Also the law states that if no listings were made within 3 years it is called prescription and is not permitted
I have emailed but have had no response as this is the normal attitude and they do as they please
