After my previous complaint, i sent Vodacom customer care and legal department an e-mail.
firstly, the legal department phones me in reply to the icasa investigation that I requested.
they swear that they did everything in their power to correct my complaints and that it was my problem, that I was not satisfied with the outcome.after a long conversation I eventually asked the person exactly what they sorted out? he replies that they sorted out a service complaint from crystal park, benoni, to which I reply that the actual complaint was from franciss evett park in port Elizabeth.

so basically they me over for a complaint on the wrong side of the country. GO FIGURE

next I receive feedback from their customer care, as follows.

PLEASE ADVISE ME, HOW ON EARTH A COMPANY WITH SUCH FANTASTICALLY COMPETANT STAFF
