Worst Service Supplier ever!! NO RESPONSIBILTY! 1

I am a Virgin Mobile client and have ben for a very long time. I have had numerous problem in the past. The Call centre is the worst I have ever endured. No one takes responsibility, they never resolve you initial reason for phoning them, no one returns you calls (as promised) and after many attempts they just ignore you!! My phone got, 074 135 1729, I checked and was told the R 1000 per month and the sms's still in place. I had to go and purchase a Virgin Simcard and phone back and they will do simswap immediately!! NEVER DONE!! BUSY WITH IT and never returned any phone calls, I tried for days nothing. No "they knocked off early" is about the only response I can get out of whoever takes my calls. So disgusted with the service. How can I pay for a service and not get any assistance if a problem like this happens. What gives Virgin the right to treat their paying customers with such disrespect!! I asked them that I want to cancel all my 6 lines and with immediate effect and that did not even get any positive response.
