UNISA 3G CONTRACT

I purchased and paid for a unisa/cell c 3G contract on the 7th of August 2013, the package was advertised as being activated after 3 working days. NO SUCH LUCK!!! after multiple phone calls, some costing me R100, and speaking to multiple people who had no idea what was going on (not their fault as there was NO information provided to the staff it seems) By the 19th of August I received an email from thobeka informing me that the data would be activated shortly, after I had to resend ALL the proof of payments and other information because it had magically vanished. Shortly turned into a few days. Following activation, only 2gigs of data was loaded, It was advertised as 3gigs!!! I was too exhausted to argue again so I left it.

I have paid upfront for 6months.
Yet it is now into month 2 and the next months PAID FOR DATA has not been loaded onto my simcard.

REALLY!!! It really seems to be that cell c is just in the business of taking peoples money and then not providing the service. Why bother if you've already been paid??? right??

I have emailed cell c about this but no response.

Plus I was informed I qualified for a free speedstick. Almost 2 months later and nothing!!
