Cell C failing to deal with customer complaint

Cell C's total incomponant Customer Care Agents advised me to recharge incorrectly with my BIS. Whereafter my money was subtracted and my BIS was not activated. I phoned twice trying to resolve this. Where after I was told a manager would phone me back directly, seen that Nomtula could not deal with this problem accurately. I've lodge a complaint on, with CellC replying I should contact Blackberry. Blackberry did not my money! Do not pass the blame CELL C. Sort this out yourself. I expect you to fix this NOW. I have not been able to be incontact with anybody and its my birthday. Blackberry is not my service provider, you are and YOU need to fix this.

Still waiting for a manager to call from this morning, still haven't heard anything. Your service is absoluely unexeptable. MTN might be more expensive but they do not compormise on service. Really regretting I've ported to the worst service provider in the country!!!
I expect a phone call seen that my service is not activated and i cannot receive email notifications.
