After my prepaid internet continually disconnecting and the problem not being sorted out, despite many phone calls to Cell C, I finally phoned them on the 25th of April to ask for a refund on the remaining data so that I could change to another service provider. They assured me that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. No one did. I phoned again on the 30th and again on the 3rd of May, which was the last time that I phoned. I was, that time, promised that I would be contacted within 24 hours but I still haven't heard from anyone. I made sure that they had my contact details and that I got a reference number. The reference number is 3042500947.
