I have been such a loyal customer to Nashua Mobile for almost a year, and decided to add on a new contract. To my account. After going into the Umhlanga branch to received my new internet wifi modem I was told activation takes up to 2-24 hours, this was a month ago. I have been phoning the branch everyday to hear what is going on and all I hear is that they have send a mail or they are still waiting for response. I even took it upon myself to contact their data support group to hear what the story is and all he could tell me is that he will phone me back and get onto it, I am still waiting.
All I want is for this thing to be working, or for nashua to offer me a working contract with the same benefits, and some customer service.
