I am Vodacoms 267 Corporate client. In the past year i have had to have my Blackberry Torch repaired three times. Each time it has taken three to four weeks. On the 16Th of April i logged a service request after the latest repair lasted a month. It was to ask for a loan phone while my phone was being repaired. Finally today I am told we cant do that by Suaad Sunko of Repair services. I also get told this service is available but only to Platinum clients
Ironically I was one, however since my handset is in for repairs so often I now carry two handsets with different nos so i no longer qualify as a platinum client.
So the reply i basically have got is tough and it up. Great way of thanking a client who has been a loyal customer who has been with them since the inception phase
