SERVICE IS PATHETIC

For several months now EVERYONE that i know whom is with Vodacom have been having signal problems.

I daily receive messages from the 121 voice mail sms service saying that i have missed calls etc, when in fact those calls never actually came through, never the less, when i try to make calls i simply get "CALL FAILED" and today especially, some days are worse than others, but this should not be happening. I post the problem on their facebook page and all they have to say is "Is your phone software up to date? have you taken your phone in to be checked etc" and YES my software is up to date and NO i don't need to take the phone in to be checked because there is absolutely nothing wrong with the bladdy phone, only your service! this is pathetic, would you like it if i didn't pay your account at the end of each month because this is what you are doing, you are taking my money and not giving me or any other client of yours a service! how do i explain to my clients why i couldn't answer their call when they think my phone is off 9 out of the 10 times they call me?

DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS NOW!!!
