Hi,
My iphone has crashed again and was sent to your repair centre for repairs AGAIN. I have sent emails on the 7th and 8th of May to Customer service and have not received anything back. I do not want my phone repiared as it did not help the 1st time. According to CPA my phone must be replaced or refunded due to this now being the 2nd incident in not even 2 months. Your urgent response awaited on not just this post but my emails sent as well!!
