I applied online for Samsung Galaxy S4 and someone called me on friday and gave me a reference (mv2031703), and told me MTN is still busy with my application and they will call me back within 2-5days and I have been waiting since then and today-16/05/2013 I called their call centre and I spoke to Katlego and she told me the application has been declined and I asked her for decline reasons, she then told me its because the system was not updated on the 10th may as mtn deducted on 25 april-so it looked as if I am behind with my payments, which is I do not understand why they take long to update their own system. Katlego then asked me to do another application with her and told me I will be informed within 2-48hours but guess what, I received sms informing me that my application was declined within 5minutes, I want the decline reasons and I still have a problem with MTN as they always sends Naedo late at night on my payday for collection I dont know why cant you collect early in the morning. I will be waiting for your call today with decline reasons-and give me something concrete because I dont have time for your games. It seems like I made biggest mistake taking a contract with you.
