Applied for a Samsung galaxy s4 contract online at cell c on the 5th December 2013 .Spoke to a gentlemen by the name of SImpiwe. After we went through the usual procedure, he told me that my application was successful and that I should receive my new phone within 7 days. The following day, I received a called from a gentlemen by the name of Rowan who asked me to please forward him a copy of my payslip as well as copy of my ID, which I did. On the 11th December I phoned cell c to find out the status of my new contract and when I would be receiving it and was told that my application has been unsuccessful. When I asked the reasons as to why it was unsuccessful, I received no answers. I am extremely upset that no one even had the decency to call or email me telling me that my application was unsuccessful
