Lazy, Incompetent staff

I have several contracts with MTN. I got a new one the other two days ago. But for some reason, Aviwe Mateza does not RICA the sim NOR did she tell me that I still need to do it.

So now I have a number which is blocked on a phone I cannot use. MTN has RICA'd me before, so they have all the documentation. If they need fresh documents, then tell me. But I tried contacting them through their complaints division and the lazy, incompetent and childish response was:
