On the 6th of march 2013 i requested a 75mb data bundle telephonically from MTN. On receiving my statement at the end of March I noticed that in addition to the 75mb charge, i was also debited a further R119.00 for a 500mb data bundle which i never requested. I phoned 25th March to complain about this and was given a ref no 1933208. I was told the complaint would be looked into and voice recordings listened to and that Lindie Ngcobo would revert to me. I have since phoned at least 10 times since then and have been promised a credit for this error made by MTN - but do date - nothing. This it simply unacceptible. MTN have never bothered to even come back to me and only make unfulfilled promises when i contact them. I demand action now. Ludwig Jansen (irate MTN customer)
