I was listed on ITC (Default) on 01/08/2011 by Vodacom without any warning of such action taking place against me eg: no letters or sms's sent. I settled the account on 01/12/2011 once I knew about the Default listing, with the agency (KVS Collections CC) that was collecting on behalf of Vodacom. To date Vodacom refuses to uplift the default against myself. Vodacom received more than the due amount and despite my best efforts will not compromise! This is now effecting my life on a personal and professional level and require urgent feedback.
