Service not added now slapped with HUGE bill

I went to the vodacom shop at trade route mall on 12 April to upgrade my contract and decided that my husband would like a new phone also- we tookout a new contract with the salesman Mohammed Hussain. Due to BlackBerry 10 not utilising bis I requested a 1 gig data bundle to be added into my husbands line monthly. We got our phones etc and before leaving I asked again if this has been added and I was assured that it has.
I received my cellphone bill today and nearly fell over when I saw the data usage on my husbands line to be almost R2000.00...
This is ridiculous! Now I am responsible for this bill due to trade route mall shops staffs inefficiency. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! if a service was requested by me as a customer they should have ensured that it was completed. Should they have been more efficient and have done their work properly I would not be faced with a huge bill today. They need to step up and sort out their staff and take responsibility for their errors and ensure that the person responsible for not adding the bundle on pay for their inefficiency
I do not have access to vodafone system and took their word that The bundle was added on!
