Pathetic Reception - No Data Network

CELL C: simply responding to my previous complaint with a reference number and contact person does not fix my reception problem
Its been a week and there has been no progress/ update.
Unfortunately I do not have the luxury of time - till you get your act together. Seems like you need to hire more competent staff as well as improve your network coverage.

Since this is obvious breach of contract on the part of the supplier - has anyone else exercised Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act dealing with the expiry and renewal of fixed term agreements? If so have you had more success than I am?

I will dissuade anyone that will listen from using this network - on every social media portal to which I have access.

I am extremely frustrated (for want of much more flowery words)!!!
This is causing loss of income (already well into the thousands of rands) - which i have every intention of claiming back should this problem persist.
