Good day.
I am fed up with vodacom. I Will cancel my contract with immediate affect with professional help, since I just cannot seem to get my contract sorted out. What a bunch of incompetent people. Can someone tell me why R 1096 was deducted from my account on the 8th of may? You had no right or consent to do so! I am going to reverse the deduction from my bank account tomorrow and then I will decide how I will go about this!!! I am fed up! I was charged double on data, R150 was supposed to be deducted, at no avail! Why deduct usage on the 8th of the month if I haven't used a months service? Can soneone please exlain!!!
