I was leaving for overseas and I contacted the call center (111) to have roaming switched on, I got overseas and it never was switched on, I called them from a sim I had to buy overseas and told them to switch in on once again, it never have been switched on so what's the point in having a call center if the people there are stupid and can't follow simple instructions.
