unexplained data usage. Vodacom can not provide indepth proof as to the used data is really been used by me, just there word that it is. continual suspension of my account without warningf arranged agreements with collection

what is agreed and discussed on recorded conversation, does not match there agreements or notes on system. NOt willing to supply me with requested documentation or notes or call recordings. Each agent or managment has something different to say or different rule. Non disclosure. Can not show rules and agreements in writing.
