How can we help ourselves?

I heard an add on 94.2 yesterday afternoon round about 5pm where the gent wanted to beat someone else and succeeded by opening his FNB account in 1 minute 20 seconds... 10 seconds faster than the other person.
He then continues by saying "they delivered my card in 3 days" A COUPLE OF SECONDS after opening his account. And then that his account add-ons was processed in less than 24 hours A COUPLE OF SECONDS after opening his account. Can you please explain to me how on earth 3 days fit into the one minute twenty seconds it took him to open his FNB account online???
