For 11 months now I have an MTN sim that does not work in Craighall... I have complained every single month several times... they have all the records on the system of how many times I have been to the store and called in... and only after coming to Hello Peter did they get someone to finally put a booster in my house. But now we go back to the same cycle, when I ask when I am going to be refunded... no one responds. To me this is... charging me monthly R450 for 2GB which I wasn't able to use. I had to buy GB's on my Vodacom contract which always works... so added to the R450/month I pay R500 to R600/month for GPRS as I can't use my MTN sim... and now when it comes to refunding me... they are silent and no one comes back to me. I am beyond mad.
