Massive account and terrible service

My 14 year old son used my tabled to download a few games and other stuff. On 11/01/2012 I receive a call from Autopage telling me my account has already reached R7 366.21 and that they are going to block the sim card immediately. I take the sim card out the same day, and have never used it again. On 01/03/2012 I receive an invoice and the amount owing is R16 850.28!!! I ask Autopage where the amount of R7 366.21 came from, and they tell me it was only a quoted amount. I try to make an arrangement to pay off R450 pm, and they accept it. I do the first payment on 05/03/2012, and on 13/03/2012 I get a final demand letter, stating I have to pay the full amount immediately. Since then I tried numerous times to make contact with them by email, but they just don't respond. I have not received an invoice for a few months now, but make the payment of R450 every single month. And I want to know when the 24-month contract has ended, but they cannot tell me!! This is unacceptable!!! I want answers, I am going to report this to the ombudsman.
