126CWK310313/ 468CWK150313 These were just two of the fault numbers - not sure I got a fault no. on 12th March when the problem began. Due to a faulty server at your Constantia exchange, my internet service was down from 12th to 28th March 2013. I telephoned at the end of March and I was advised that I would receive a credit in my next bill for the 17 days of NO INTERNET SERVICE and the R 7. for interest that was incorrectly charged in April. I was advised that this credit would be in my April account. It was NOT. When I telephoned and escalated my complaint I was telephoned by somebody from Telkom who assured me the credit would be put through in the May bill. I received that today and still no credit. I telephoned your accounts office this morning who have advised that they will credit my account with R 275.33 next month REF 26908747 and I will therefore be deducting the amount of R 275.33 from my May account of R 686.97. Please confirm that the credit of R 275.33 will be in my June account.
