On 28 March, I funded my box office account via the box office internet site with R100.00. The credit card transaction was accepted and processed and R100 showed as my account balance. On 29 March we tried to rent a movie and were told that the account balance was zero. My credit card statement also reflects that an amount of R100 was debited from my credit card.
On 02 April I raised a query with DSTV. On 05 April I followed up, and despite being assured by the call centre operator that the issue would be resolved, I have had no response and my funds are still missing.
