I bought a Samsung S4 last week Wednesday and was told activation would take 3-4 days as I was porting from Vodacom. It's now a week and I'm still sitting with a phone that is brand new and not working. cant make or receive any calls. when I call the MTN store I'm told everything is done on their side and they're waiting for MTN to activate from their side. When I call MTN activation call center I'm told the opposite. Everything is correct on their side the store still hasn't done the portability on their side.
I'm contemplating going at lunchtime to go and cancel my contract and find another service provider. This is highly annoying.
