My Blackberry is broken, and I need a phone for work, but the phones on the new plans are way too expensive to buy cash. So I enquired about canceling my contract and then was going to switch over to MTn with one of their top up packages. I got told in store that the cancelation fee would be R550, and then when I called the cancelation line I got told it was R1200. How can the same company have two different cancelation fees on the same day. You should be able to pay for an upgrade on your phone alone as these days they never seem to last for the length of the contract.
