I wanted to make sure that my MTN contract is cancelled, I heard if you do not go in the month before it expries and give notice, then they continue to charge. In my case I was pro active and phoned in and saw MTN Jakaranda and MTN kollonade twice and to make sure this contract will be cancelled. MTN sends a bill charging me extra payment for early cancelation fee. I asked the consultant to sort it out online, now they want me to phoe (so it costs me money) to sort out their own problems. I do not use the data, I will not pay an early cancelation fee if my contract is expiring... Would someone be of assistance?
