I sent through a cancelation request and the retentions consultant informed me that they will cancel the contract immediectly as soon as they receive my cancelation letter, the cancelation letter was emailed on the 22nd but they chose to cancel my contract on the 8th of May then debit my account end of April and they justify keeping my money by telling me that the contract was cancelled on the 8th, if i had access to your system i would have cancelled the contract myself and i want my money back. all of it
