Maybe third time lucky

OK, Long story short, was billed incorrectly for my giganite package. (Charged me R4700 instead of R189). Got call from Sisa to say all had been sorted and correct debit would happen in May. 2 days later the R4700 was debited from my account. I phoned the bank and fortunately they were able to reverse the charge. The bank have now charged me for that luxery. I wrote a report on Hello Peter for someone to get back to me last Friday, which was supposed to happen as per Cell C's response. I am still awaiting a call from Sisa or anyone at Cell C to confirm to me that they will not try to debit such amount again. Until that happens I will not pay anything to Cell C and that includes my cellphone contract going off on the 26th. Can someone out there take responsibility??? This is my third report in 3 weeks.
