Worst Service Ever!!

Last year I requested in writing as instructed our statements are emailed to us, to date, i have not received a statement. I am unable to get through to MTN business, all the numbers i have does not work 083 1 809 / 083 123 6075 _ which the call centre gave me and when the normal call centre put me through to business after holding on forever the business consultant phones the rep and then they cut you off!!! Not once but 3 TIMES!!! ALL THIS TROUBLE, TIME WASTING, MONEY WASTING TO GET A STATEMENT!!???

COME ON MTN LIFT YOUR GAME, YOUR SERVICE SUPER!!! I WANT A STATEMENT!
