Business phone line not fixed for 2 months!

I have had a fault on my line for 2 months.
I have had 3 different technicians look at the line. One fixed my ADSL and didnt fix my phone line.
Another told me that I needed to purchase a splitter for my phone line to work (even though I have never in 4 years needed a splitter) - I wasted money and time and bought one and tried it and it still did not work.

Another person came and told me that he had fixed the line but my phone had been struck by lightening and I should throw it away - he told me that I should 'thank him for doing me a favour and not charging me R250 to test the phone' - I wasted my time and money buying a new phone and the new phone still did not work - I then checked my phone at another location and It worked perfectly and was never broken!! The line was still the problem and still not fixed!

Now I have logged 5 faults and gotten 5 reference numbers and escalated each fault and still my phone line is not fixed!! I have called and called and need a phone in order to run my business! I need someone to bother to do their job and fix my phone!
