This is a never ending nightmare. Reading the HUGE amount of complaints about this useless company & the very few compliments - no wonder. I took the liberty of advising some of the complainants of how to sort out issues with Neotel. Gave out the CEO's name to those who needed it and told them how Small Claims Court works.
This is an update on my disgusting service from Neotel. After listening to rubbish from Clinton Smith who advised me to accept an offer from Althaf Majeed for months of payments made for no service and a refund of termination fees that they from my bank account, oh and one months full refund for "goodwill" for all the bad service. I then agreed to accept Althaf's offer, (which he reduced to writing) R2072 inclusive of VAT. But i wouldnt hand over the devices until i had my refund (i have been caught out too often by them), Clinton Smith again assured me that once this offer is in writing "Neotel would be silly to not pay up", "trust me, Neotel will pay, but you must hand over the devices". I handed over the devices - AND Althaf Majeed had conned me again. I only received about R1500. off 2 Small Claims Court. CEO Sunil - U WILL PAY UP PLUS EXTRA
