Terrible service

I have a constant ongoing problem with cell c. they have now handed my wife over to legal for non payment without contacting to see why payment was not made. She updated her bank details online and got a message saying details successfully updated yet they keep on trying to take off the old account. I tried to phone to ask how we can get this sorted out but the person in legal was terribly rude and would not let me talk. She said I need to get my wife to phone to which i said yes thats fine but i would like to know what info i need for her to get it sorted out to which she would not assist. unfortunately i did raise my voice as the person was being terribly abrasive. Then i asked for the reference number as I did not want to continue the conversation anymore as i did not want it to get out of control to which the the person on the other line put the phone down on me. Is this how you deal with complaints cellc? Shame on you. I will be ending my contract with you as soon as I can and do expect a call to get this issue sorted out ASAP
