Poor Contract Management

Hi, I've used Cell C for years now and I am Fed up at this stage. I was due for an Upgrade and was never Informed, Money was still being deducted long after my contract period was over. However I went to the Cell C store at Festival Mall where I was then told, 'you're due for an upgrade". I than took a phone of my choice and decided to open a Second contract for my wife. They took down the wrong banking details on the Second contract I opened for my wife, ever since this was an ongoing problem till date. I have to go personally, and make Payment into Cell Cs account for an error made on their side which is rather Irritating.
The First contract, I was told all is fine and Debit orders are going off smoothly.
Now both contracts are over to their legal department where I'm told I need to pay lump sums of Money over 3-4 Months time. I am extremely disturbed by this incident.
This is definitely not the kind of service I signed up for. I need someone to look into this matter urgently, I am willing to negotiate with regards to payments but this cannot continue any longer.
