I applied for 2 devices by century city 2weeks ago, after I was promised that it will take only 4days to receive the 1st device which is the blackberry 9360, so I decided to call the store and the one agent told me they just received stock. So I asked when can I collect and I was told there are only enough devices on the waiting list and I will need to wait longer. So I asked about the Samsung S4 when will it be ready for collection I was again told that I am on the waiting list and they cannot give me a answer on when it will arrive or when they will receive any stock. Why would cell c advertise so aggressively the Samsung S4 and then they cant even give you answer on a arrival date, the blackberry 9360 has been out for a while and there is still no stock.
Why make empty promises when applying for the devices, just to disappoint you in the end.
